This complex wine shows aromas lemon and yellow plums.  On the palate, we get a touch of minerality, the same fruits as on the palate. 

This Francs Cotes de Bordeaux is 100% Merlot, and fresh fruit focused with a strong cherry profile, leading into chocolate and spice. Expect velvety tannins and a fresh sensation on the palate!

This medium-full bodied 2019 Saint-Julien shows sophisticated aromas of blackcurrants, plums, tobacco and herbs. The palate accompanies with bright black fruit flavours, rosemary and toast from the wood. Well-integrated tannins and a long finish make for a wonderfully balanced Bordeaux.

A concentrated wine from Jura, with aromas of fresh red fruits, most distinctively cherries and raspberries. Slightly peppery with a medium-full body, integrated tannins and a touch of chocolate.

A wonderfully approachable and wallet-friendly Burgundy which offers fresh fred fruits on the nose with some darker berries and earth . Refreshing acidity and clean finish.

This Saint-Aubin is medium bodied, with stone fruits leading the way, balanced by citrus and offset by hints of vanilla from the oak.

This wine has aromas of blossom, hints of spice and green pear. On the palate, bright acidity meets the flavours of yuzu and fennel with a rounded body - this Burgundian chardonnay is a delight. 

This wonderful appellation in Burgundy presents us with a complex wine, with aromas and flavours of lemon, grapefruit, green apples and butter toffees. There are hints of white flowers and a linear acidity. Long and mineral finish. 

On the nose, this Pouilly Fuissé is reminiscent of lemon tart with notes of green apple, citrus and wet stones. On the palate, the wine is complex with buttery notes and a fresh acidity and minerality. 

A fantastically complex alternative to the main Burgundian grape, this wine has aromas of apples, pears, lemons and even pear drops.

Aromas of red currants, blackberries and a hint of violet, followed on the palate with some cooked fruits, spice and vanilla.

Red berries dominate in this 2021 expression of Guiton's vineyards. Subtle spice, classic Burgundy acidity and a smooth finish. 

A beautifully classic  Petit Chablis, with notes of lemon and lime. There are some floral notes and a crisp acidity complimented by a mineral finish.

This Sancerre has classic floral aromas, with a touch of minerality. On the palate, there are intense citrus fruit flavours, with some white peach and aromatic character indicative of this grape. 

Jura must be one of my favourite regions – this Chardonnay is not the oxidative style of some Jura wines but full of complexity and elegance and very pleasing…
