CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are sent tracked and must be signed for. Once you order has been posted – you will receive tracking information.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY WINE?
Yes, by UK law, wine cannot be left without a signature from someone over 18 years of age. We do not refund shipping if an order is sent back to us due to no over 18 being available for signature.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We offer refunds on faulty or damaged items. Please email us at sales@soilandvine.co.uk with any queries. We do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
If your wine is faulty i.e. ‘Corked’, please do not pour out or drink the wine. Please re-cork the wine with the original cork as we must inspect both for quality control purposes. Pack the wine in its original box and reach out to us – we will arrange for a pick up or free return. Once we have inspected the wine and confirmed the wine is faulty, we will send you replacement bottle or a refund.
If your wine is damaged, please send us an email and sales@soilandvine.co.uk with pictures of the damage and we will rectify accordingly.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE BEEN SENT THE WRONG WINE?
It is important that you check the contents of your shipment as soon as possible after delivery. If there are any inconsistencies, send us an email at sales@soilandvine.co.uk and we will organise the return and redelivery/refund.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been shipped, email us at sales@soilandvine.co.uk and we can change, cancel and refund your order.
